QC&A GROUP™ is not an emergency service and does not receive or investigate safeguarding referrals. If someone is at immediate risk of harm, contact the emergency services on 999.

Concerns about the safety or quality of a regulated service should be raised with the provider, the relevant local authority safeguarding team and the Care Quality Commission.

If information shared with us indicates a serious risk to a person, we may be required to share it with the appropriate authority. We will handle any such disclosure proportionately and lawfully.
