These terms govern your access to and use of the QC&A GROUP™ platform, including the governance library, mock inspection tools, training academy and any membership you purchase.

By creating an account you confirm you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.

Premium membership is charged at £19.99 per month, billed in advance. Membership renews automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.

Documents and templates are licensed for use within your own organisation. You may adapt them internally but must not resell, redistribute or publish them as your own commercial product.

You must not share account credentials. Organisation-wide access is available through an organisation membership.

QC&A GROUP™ is an independent provider of governance support. Our Inspection Readiness scores, mock inspections and templates are self-assessment and quality-improvement tools. They are not official CQC ratings and are not endorsed by, affiliated with or produced in partnership with the Care Quality Commission.

You remain solely responsible for regulatory compliance within your service. QC&A GROUP™ provides guidance and tooling, not legal or regulatory advice, and does not accept liability for regulatory outcomes.
